This installations shows 4 of the well known pigeon symbols. It consists of 3 parts, made from heavy-looking stone-like material: Top and bottom parts are "wings", that open up a little to let the middle part rotate. By rotating the image on the middle part changes, so different pigeon symbols are formed.

As you look closer, you will find the middle part of the symbol been drawn (with "real" color), while upper and lower part being projected by a LCD projector. This makes  the project reverse the usual (rather boring) setting: The virtual part, coming out of the computer is fix in our case and does not move at any time. The "real" part in contrast is moving and changing.
