Gläserner Mensch (Glass Human)

An example of how media can be used to convey complex information while avoiding boring typical screen solutions*: A transparent, human-shaped glass sculpture shows faint and abstracted human organs. The organs can light up individually - a magical effect. A touch screen in front of the sculpture is used for control purposes and can display deeper levels of information if required. However, the main content is conveyed directly on the sculpture by means of animations and explanations - this sets the scene for the sculpture and ensures that visitors' attention is not distracted by media content nore drawn away from the real life object.

* Typical screen solutions have another big problem besides being boring: they do not offer more than the web. Actually probably less in a lot of aspects, so why should I actually leave the house and go to a museum for them?
